At FLIST our Afternoon Elementary Program is design to engage students English language development in a fun, motivating, and personalized fashion. Students have the ability to progress at their own pace and to work with personalized materials that match their unique abilities.

Homework & Study Support

作业和学习支持
- Students will be assisted by FLIST teachers to complete their homework and to help them prepare for any upcoming quizzes or exams that they may have. Homework and test prep support may be provided to students for both FLIST-based content and content from the student’s main elementary school.

- In order to keep the development and use of English language abilities fun, engaging, and natural, FLIST students are regularly engaged in fun thematic lessons. These thematic lessons provide students with opportunities to utilize the English skills they have been learning in real-life contexts. Our thematic curriculum creates exciting opportunities for students to use their English while also learning about topics that excite them.

English Literacy Development

- During English Literacy lessons students will have the opportunity to develop their reading comprehension, vocabulary & spelling, grammar, writing, and oral presentation skills. Our approach to English Literacy development is one of personalization. All of our English Literacy materials are personalized and differentiated to each students unique abilities. Additionally, our digital resources can be accessed outside of the classroom so students can continue to enhance their learning in an independent and fun way.
