Little Flowers – Ages 3-4
With a solid social, physical, and academic foundation, children in our Little Flowers Program are ready to bloom! Children in this age group are excited and highly motivated to explore the world around them and absorb a tremendous amount of new information and understandings. Children in our Little Flowers Program experience a tremendous amount of growth in cognitive ability, social skills, as well as communication. Our Little Flowers Program focuses on:

Language & Literacy Development
言語と読解力の発達
- Engage in conversation on a variety of topics with adults and children, and apply basic rules of English and Japanese grammar in speech
お友達や大人と様々なトピックで会話ができる。また、日英両言語で基礎的な文法に従って会話できる - Identify all letters of the alphabet and their corresponding phonetic sounds for all upper cases and lower cases
アルファベットの大文字、小文字両方において、文字の認識及び発音ができる - Write their name independently and trace all letters of the alphabet, as well as numbers
自分の名前を1人で書くことができ、数や全てのアルファベットのなぞり書きができる
- Begin to identify sight words and start working with entry level graded readers
Sight wordsの認識練習を開始し、初心者レベルからのリーディングも始める - Engage in a classroom presentation about a treasured object during “Show and Tell”
Show and tell で自分の大切にしている物について発表する

心身の発達と健康観
- Fully master toilet training and all self-help skills such as changing clothes, hand-washing, teeth brushing, changing shoes, and utilizing a variety of utensils
トイレトレーニングを完全に終了し、その他自立して身の回りのこと - 食事（箸、フォークなどをを使える）、靴の脱ぎ履き、歯磨き、手洗い、服の着脱 などができる - Identify and name healthy and unhealthy foods
体に良い食べ物、良くない食べ物を認識する - Participate in organized sports such as football that require both coordination and teamwork
フットボールなど団体スポーツを通し、チームワークや人と協力する力を養う - Actively practice and discuss basic safety and emergency response routines

口頭で基本的、また少し複雑な形、色、サイズ、感触、カテゴリーについて認識でき、特徴に合わせて仕分けができる - Identify and count numbers up to 50
50までの数字の認識し、数えることができる - Identify all letters of the alphabet and their corresponding phonetic sounds for all upper cases, and some lower cases
全てのアルファベットを認識することができる。また、それぞれ対応する大文字の全てといくつかの小文字について発音ができる - Participate in scientific experiments led by teachers and discuss things that are observed
先生が行うサイエンスの実験に参加し、見学したことについて話し合う - Challenges basic addition and subtraction computations utilizing a variety of math manipulatives, math-based role-plays, and digital resources
